# Je CRM

> Wat er gebeurt als je een bedrijf naar je CRM stuurt.

Is je CRM gekoppeld, dan doet Delta het volgende als je op **Naar CRM** klikt:

1. Delta zoekt de contactpersonen bij het bedrijf.
2. Delta zet het bedrijf in de eerste fase van je CRM.
3. Je ziet het bedrijf onder het tabblad Naar CRM, met de datum.

Wat daarna in je CRM gebeurt, regel je zelf.

## Staat een bedrijf nog niet in je CRM?

Dan zie je **Nog niet in het CRM**. Delta probeert het elke 10 minuten opnieuw. Blijft het zo staan? [Neem contact op](https://docs.3rdbase.app/contact.md).

## Geen CRM gekoppeld

Dan heet de knop **Akkoord**. Je ziet je gekozen bedrijven onder Akkoord en zet ze zelf over naar je eigen systeem.
